VIP Pre-Release Membership Terms and Conditions

1. This contractual Agreement is to certify that Carbon Recordings has agreed to provide the next 3 vinyl releases as pre-releases to the above person for £24.99.
2. Carbon Recordings shall provide each release in digital format to the above person 28 days before the vinyl release date.
3. The tracks shall be sent via email, using Label Worx, and you will have the choice of either Wave format or mp3 format or you can download both.
4. If the above person is found distributing the tracks provided to them by Carbon Recordings. The contract will be terminated immediately and no refund will be provided.
5. Label Worx has a system for tracking the emails and can see if the email has been forwarded on.
6. If in the unlikely event Carbon Recordings ceases to trade all money owing from unsent tracks shall be returned.
7. You’ll be sent emails about Carbon Recordings and future releases which will keep you up to date with what will be coming out and excepted release dates.
8. We expect to be releasing vinyl every 2 months, but sometimes things that are out of our control may effect release dates. We will always provide the tracks to you 28 days before hand.
9. By making your payment, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated above.
